Wet Plate Collodion Negative & Salt print process

Three day advanced workshop of wet plate collodion negative process and a workshop on salt and albumen print process.

30th and 31st of May and 1st and 2nd of June 2019. We start the day at 9:33 and end the day at about 19:03. On the Friday or Saturday we will have outdoor collodion expedition it depends on the weather. After the lunch we will sit in canoes and go down river Krka, enjoying beautiful nature and finishing the day sitting by a bonfire.

This is an advanced course, but we will go from the beginning so if you have no experience, you will still be able to follow. If you will wish, we will make also an ambrotype (wet plate collodion positive) during the workshop, so you will get the whole spectre of collodion process.


Three day workshop costs 550 EUR and that includes all material cost and detailed hand out notes with all the steps and receipts. It does not include food and accommodation.

  • Before lunch we will go outdoor and make some landscape plates.
  • Lunch will be outdoor, by the river.
  • After lunch we’ll go down the river Krka with canoes
  • Finishing the day beside a bonfire
